Bollywood, which has been attempting to overcome its great copying in the West, offers pounced on music composer Lalit Pandit, in whose amount “Love ki ghanti” for that film “Besharam” owes a lot to Italo melody “Bella Ciao. ”
Pandit readily admits to having raised the tune, stating the 1940s anti-fascist song was in the public website.
“Well yeah, I know this particular, ” he told the Times of India. “But I think it is just the starting part which is much like ‘Bella Ciao. ’ When Abhinav (Kashyap, director) provided the short, I told him or her about the Italian amount and it fit the bill perfectly. I don’t think we have done something wrong. ”
